Safeguarding & Child Protection

Because of their day to day contact with individual children school staff have an important role to play in recognising and taking the appropriate action in cases of suspected child abuse. All school staff, both teaching and non-teaching, are instructed to report any suspicions to the Headteacher, who is required to notify Staffordshire County Council.

Parents may seek advice and guidance from the Education Welfare Officer for the school, if necessary.
